Baker Park Aquatic Center combines traditional pool time with splash-pad play inside one of New Castle's main parks. It is a stronger fit for families wanting a low-cost pool outing with splash features, concessions, shelters, and playground access nearby rather than a standalone free spray ground. Because admission is paid and the aquatic center operates on set seasonal hours, this works best for families planning around a pool schedule.
