Sources
Typical sources include parks department pages, municipal documents, official park maps, public facility pages, and direct update submissions.
Verification Tiers
A basic review confirms identity, location, and whether the page is relevant. A stronger review checks operating season, hours, cost, bathrooms, shade, fencing, accessibility notes, and larger-park context when those details are available.
What We Leave Unknown
If a source does not clearly confirm an amenity, schedule, or fee, the profile should say less rather than invent certainty. Time-sensitive details should still be checked with the park or city before a special trip.
Update Cadence
High-traffic and highly seasonal pages are prioritized for review ahead of warm-weather months. Lower-information pages may stay published as navigation aids while they remain noindex.
What We Mean By Inclusion
We focus on splash pads, spraygrounds, and similar public or private water-play areas that families would realistically compare for a visit.
What We Exclude
We may exclude temporary event pages, weak park stubs, or listings with too little public detail to support a useful planning page.
