The Tot Pool at Bill Heddles Recreation Center is Delta's clearest fit for families seeking splash-style water play, even though it is part of a larger aquatics complex rather than a standalone splash pad. The shallow warm-water pool ranges from 9 inches to 2 feet deep and includes a small slide, spray fountain, pool jets, and floating play elements geared toward toddlers and younger children. Because it sits inside a year-round recreation center with additional aquatic features, it works especially well for families who want reliable indoor water play during colder months.
