Chapel Park Splash Pad is one of the City of Waco's free neighborhood splash pads, operating during the warm-weather season. It works best for quick local cool-down visits, especially for toddlers and preschoolers who do well with a straightforward spray-ground setup rather than a big destination water play area. Families should expect an outdoor municipal park setting with standard splash-pad rules, caregiver supervision, and weather-dependent operations.
