Constitution Park Pool Splash Pad is part of Cumberland's public pool complex on Fort Avenue inside Constitution Park. Official city materials confirm splash-pad improvements at the pool, and the facility operates as a broader aquatic destination with standard pool admission, swim cards, season passes, and reservable parties. It works best for families planning a fuller summer outing in a city park rather than those specifically seeking a standalone free sprayground.
