Deer Lakes Park Spray Park is one of Allegheny County's two official spray parks and is located off Mahaffey Road within Deer Lakes Park in Tarentum. The county describes the spray park as ADA accessible, free, and open to the public during the summer season. Because it sits in a large county park with a playground, trails, fishing lakes, and other amenities nearby, it works especially well for families planning a longer outing. This is a stronger nature-and-park combo choice than a tightly contained urban splash stop.
