Delano-Hitch Aquatic Center is a newer city aquatic complex with a youth splash pad, a full-size accessible swimming pool, and an on-site concession stand. It is a stronger choice than a basic park splash pad if your group wants both spray play and pool time in one stop. The official site makes clear that hours, pricing, and pass access are structured more like a managed aquatic facility than an open municipal splash ground.
