Helen Chambers Park Spray Park is one of the City of Wilmington's seasonal spray parks and operates as a simple, free warm-weather splash stop. It works best for families who want a quick neighborhood cool-down rather than a full pool day. Expect a straightforward municipal spray-park setup in a city park setting, with supervision and sun protection still important because the city page does not provide detailed on-site amenity specs.
