Herz-Rose Park Splash Pad is a smaller neighborhood option in Terre Haute with the kind of simple park pairing many families want: splash pad, playground, and basketball court in one stop. The city park directory lists the splash pad, and the park page confirms the Locust Street location near the ISU campus area. This works well for shorter summer visits, especially when younger kids want water play without the scale of a larger destination park. Amenities appear more modest than at Deming Park, but the setup is easier for a quick neighborhood outing.
