McKee Splash Pad is one of Starkville's newer public splash-pad options, added during the 2025 McKee Park renovation. Families get a broader park-day setup here than at many neighborhood pads thanks to nearby playgrounds, picnic areas, pavilions, walking paths, restrooms, and reservable splash-pad cabanas. The official schedule runs Memorial Day to Labor Day, with weekend-only operation in May and daily 6:00-21:00 hours from June through Labor Day, subject to weather and maintenance closures.
