Memorial Aquatic Park in Pasco includes a splash pad as part of a larger seasonal aquatic complex rather than as a standalone spray ground. The official city facilities page confirms outdoor pool access, restrooms, and splash pad amenities, making this a better fit for families who want a pool-day environment with splash play layered in. It is more of an aquatic-park stop than a quick neighborhood splash pad run.
