Riverside Park Sprayground is Lynchburg's main dedicated splash-play spot, set inside Riverside Park on Rivermont Avenue. The official aquatics page highlights dumping buckets, spraying lake fish, pop jets, and tulip sprays, making it a strong fit for toddlers through elementary-age kids who want active water play without a full pool day. Families also benefit from the broader park setting, which can turn a quick cool-down stop into a longer park outing. This is a straightforward municipal warm-weather option with free admission and seasonal operations.
