Read more about this location
The Water Mine Family Swimmin' Hole is one of Northern Virginia's biggest family water destinations, built around an Old West theme inside Lake Fairfax Park. Families get a tot spray pad, a multi-level interactive water playground, Tenderfoot Pond for smaller kids, a lazy river, obstacle course, and larger slides for bigger kids. It is much more of a half-day or full-day outing than a quick splash stop, and tickets are sold on a dated basis during the season.
