Tom & Rita Tubbs Splashpad and Playground at Wetmore Park is one of the strongest splash destinations in the Madison Metro for families who want more than a basic spray zone. The city says the 2021 facility includes a 2,413-square-foot wet deck with 36 spray features, a three-stall changing structure, large butterfly shade structures, and ample seating, plus a sizeable dry playground with a tot area, rope climber, and tall slide. The splashpad is free and operates daily from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day from 10:00 to 20:00, making it an easy repeat visit for a wide age range.
